Welcome to "Inside the Tomato", another Cowboy Bebop table design.
Yes, exactly, this one works completely with tables.
No div layers, no (in)frames, just plain old tables.
That's why there's not much to explain here. ^__^
You have four spaces to fill with content, inlcuding this one here and the best thing is...you can put as much writing everywhere as you like because the bg-pics will scroll down endlessly. ^___^

Anyhing else? Oh, yeah:

# I left some space on the "upper.jpg" for you to add your site title.

# I kept the graphics small to avoid sideway-scrolling (I learned from the past *gg*) and to enable everybody to view the whole page even if you only have a screen resolution of 800x600px. ^.~

Any rules? Do not remove the credits. That's all.
